Where will the academy be held?
Both courses will be held at the Austin Marriott North Hotel, located at 2600 La Frontera Blvd, in Round Rock. The hotel has extended a room rate of $103 for Course One and $103 for Course Two (single or double) that includes complimentary guest room Internet access and complimentary self parking. In order to receive this special rate, your reservations must be made by March 20 for course one and by May 22 for course two. This is a non-smoking hotel.

Registration Fee ($765)
The registration fee includes both courses, handouts, refreshments, breakfast and lunch on Thursday, and breakfast on Friday for each course. Registration is limited to the first 75 participants who register and is not open to guests.
TML Leadership Fellow Designation
To be designated as a TML Leadership Fellow, you must complete both courses in their entirety. No exceptions.
Cancellation and Substitution Policy: If you are registered and cannot attend a $45 cancellation fee will be assessed if written cancellation is emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org by March 20. Please note that no refunds will be honored after March 20 and telephone cancellations are not accepted. If you are unable to attend one of the courses you may send a substitute but doing so will forgo your opportunity to earn your TML Leadership Fellow designation. Registration fees are not transferable to other events. Once a DISC Assessment has been purchased for you there will be an additional $50 cancellation fee.
Confirmations will be emailed if you provide an email address. Name badges will be provided when you arrive for the first course.
How should I dress?
Dress casually and comfortably. We recommend that you dress in layers for your comfort as meeting room temperatures can fluctuate.
Continuing Education Credit (CEU)
Elected officials (mayors and councilmembers) can earn approximately 15 hours of Texas Municipal League Institute (TMLI) credit for each course. CEU forms will be available onsite. TML Leadership Fellows Facebook Group
TML Fellows may become part of this private, invitation-only Facebook Group. This is your spot to share ideas, challenges, and successes with other leadership alumni. Graduates of the academy may request entry into this private group after graduation by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
